Enquiry privacy.

The enquiry form records your name, business email, company, destination country, product interest, estimated quantity and project message.

Purpose

Information is stored so the site owner can review your purchasing brief and respond to your product enquiry. Submitting the form does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing messages.

Access

Enquiry details are held in the site’s database and are not displayed in the public product catalogue. The form shows a reference when the enquiry is successfully saved.

What to include

Please provide only the business contact information and product requirements needed for your enquiry. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or information about individual children.

Product view counts

We count product cards that are at least halfway visible for one second to select popular products over the last 30 days. A first-party anonymous cookie prevents the same browser from counting the same product more than once per day. The cookie lasts 30 days; the database keeps a daily hash, product code and time, without names, email addresses or IP addresses. Old records are removed after 60 days as new views are recorded. Rankings measure views rather than orders.
